Surveying, installation, RAL-compliant connection details. Plastic, wood, aluminium. Also roof windows, entrance doors and heritage steel windows. In-house crew, no sub-contractors.
Details 02Drywall
Wall and ceiling systems with or without fire-protection requirements, lining walls, installation walls, WC partition systems (Kemmlit).
Details 03Fire protection
Fire protection in drywall systems: encasing timber and concrete slabs, steel beams and columns. Installation of certified fire doors.
Details 04Demolition & Strip-out
Brickwork, concrete, reinforced concrete and façade plaster. Full strip-out of apartments and commercial spaces. Contaminated areas via certified partners.
Details 05Balcony refurbishment
Timber and WPC decking, privacy screens, railing installation. Concrete and plaster work coordinated through our certified master partners.
Details 06Landscaping
Paving, natural stone, fencing, earth modelling, green areas, timber and WPC terraces, outdoor stairs, drainage.
Details 07Earthworks
Excavation, securing and backfilling of pits, plus professional compaction for stable subgrades.
Details 08Emergency & Securing
Rapid securing of building shell after water, fire or break-in damage. Tarpaulin, foil, provisional fixings. Plumbing and electrical via master partners.
